Grantly Developments (Scotland) Limited was formally established in April 1998 and is the Groups Development Division Holding Company for all Special Purpose Vehicle Development Subsidiaries in the United Kingdom.

Since the Company’s formation it has successfully completed numerous small Residential Developments in and around Scotland’s Central belt.

Now no longer a direct property development company, the focus is to consolidate the Groups Development Division, purposely retaining the Groups shareholding in all Special Purpose Vehicles for Residential Developments in the United Kingdom.
