Piles down some 40 feet to the bedrock. On completion of
the Ground Works Eleven Luxury Apartments were constructed
over 4 Storey’s contained within a Timber Frame clad
in Blonde Sandstone. |

Due to the location, within a Conservation Area, this Development
faced severe Design Problems. |
