Grantly Developments (Freeport) Limited is a Residential Development Company Registered in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas formed specifically for the purpose of a new £ 160 million Condominium Development on the Property known as Tract W & W1 Bell Channel 4, Lucaya Bay, Grand Bahama and was formally established in November 2004. This project is currently being prepared for Government Approval.
