Grantly Developments (East One) Limited is a Special Purpose Vehicle Company formed specifically for the purpose of a new £ 120 million Residential / Commercial Development on the Banks of the River Clyde in Glasgow and was formally established in March 2005.

This Project is currently being prepared for a Full Planning Application to Glasgow City Council.
