Appointed by Grantly Developments (Freeport) Limited, The Proposal for this development is 1 Block consisting of 10 units per floor over 10 Storeys, creating a boulevard gatehouse entrance to the Development with rising Porte-Cochere Entrance, with Northern views over Jolly Roger Drive and the inland Canals and Southern views over the Lush Courtyard and the pristine waters of the Atlantic Ocean. 

Twin Towers consisting of 5 units each per floor over 16 storeys, rising majestically with views over the Lush Courtyard and the pristine waters of the Atlantic Ocean entered from the subterranean Club Deck and Courtyard.

We have presently submitted applications to The Grand Bahama Development Company Limited and the Ministry of Financial Services & Investments for our Permits to commence with these proposals.
