PARTITIONING TYPES - Office Fitting Out

These are the types of partitioning we are able to provide:

Wood

We install modular timber partitioning systems designed to produce a practical and creative office environment in a traditional style. This simplified method of building partitions ensures complete flexibility and re-locatability to meet the challenges of your modern office needs.

These systems come with an extensive choice of hardwoods lacquered to enhance the finish and glazing options for partial privacy, further privacy can also be achieved with the use of venetian blinds.

Silicon Glazed

Silicon Glazed partitions are constructed entirely of glass held in place with head and floor detail and with joints filled with silicon mastic.

Normally single glazed but can be constructed as double glazed. Requires safety manifestation that is often designed to incorporate company logos.
Doors are normally glass and can be fitted on patch hinges, floor mounts or sliding rails. They can also be automated if required.

Glazed partitions can be made more fire rated with special glass however this can often be cost prohibitive. They provide marginal acoustic performance.

Monobloc

Monobloc partitioning is generally constructed from steel components although other materials can be used.

These partitions provide a good level of performance and can be adapted to most situations. Many clean rooms utilise this form of construction.
